EDIT: well if q9 50-70k if higher req more difficult to sell and price dropping to ~5-20k if q8 a lot more, close to ~100e

10k or so for the q11. And an enchant mod doesn't make it "caster" - that would be a weapon with a +5en inherent. Yours is 15^50.
Assuming the q9 is also 15^50 non-insc, that would be 40-50k.
